This January - we launch an exciting new food & drink competition to celebrate our increasing tourism links with North America!

As part of the all-Wales 'Croeso 25' year, we are asking local independent hospitality businesses to create a unique dish for 3-weeks that will use the best of our local produce but with a North American twist!

Running from Monday 13th January through to Sunday 2nd February 2025, each business will receive two mystery shopper visits which will score the dishes based on;

-
Use of local Welsh produce / ingredients
-
Taste
-
How the dish was promoted and explained in-house visually and by the team

YOUR FEEDBACK

However, we also want YOU to give us your feedback after visiting and tasting the dishes! If you visit any of the venues listed below, please use the form at the bottom of this page to give us your scores and upload a photo from your visit.
These scores will be considered by the judges after 2nd February to decide which three venues go through to the final!
