Savour Sweet Delights: Vegan Desserts Workshop with Wilding Vegan Kitchen

Vegan desserts have come a long way since the days when the only available option was sorbet. Catherine from Wildings Vegan Kitchen will be demonstrating how to create a range of desserts (some including gluten-free options) to give your menu greater appeal to visiting vegans.

You will learn some quick and simple recipes that require little prep time, along with some more complex dishes that can be made in advance and frozen until needed. There are so many ways to showcase vegan desserts –   be prepared for tasters on the day of desserts like chocolate mousse and cheesecake which would hold their own on any menu, not just a vegan one!

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and of course, taste the afternoon's creations.

Wildings Vegan Kitchen offers supper clubs, cookery classes, retreats and private chef services across North Wales.  Catherine (owner of Wildings Vegan Kitchen) has spent the past 40 years creating and enjoying plant-based food and has been working as a professional chef since 2019. She supplies several local food establishments with vegan options so is well-placed to train others in the hospitality industry.
