Membership Terms & Conditions
By signing up for a membership with This is Wrexham, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Agreement
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern your membership with This is Wrexham. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2. Your membership provides you with access to exclusive content and benefits as outlined on the This is Wrexham website (thisiswrexham.co.uk/membership).
2. Payments & Billing
2.1. Membership fees are charged quarterly in advance.
2.2. Payments will be taken automatically every three months from the date of your initial subscription, using the payment method provided by you.
2.3. All payments are non-refundable.
2.4. In the event of a failed payment, This is Wrexham will notify you and attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment remains outstanding, your membership may be suspended or cancelled.
3. Minimum Initial Period
3.1. All new memberships are subject to a minimum initial commitment period of twelve (12)
months from the date of your initial subscription.
3.2. You are obligated to pay the membership fees for the entire 12-month minimum initial
period, regardless of whether you choose to utilize the membership benefits.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Following the initial 12-month period, your membership will automatically renew on a quarterly basis until cancelled.
4.2. To cancel your membership, you must provide This is Wrexham with a minimum of three (3) months' written notice.
4.3. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to info@thisiswrexham.co.uk.
4.4. Your membership and access to benefits will continue for the duration of the 3-month cancellation notice period, and you will be liable for any outstanding quarterly payments during
this period.
5. Pricing Changes
5.1. This is Wrexham reserves the right to change membership pricing annually.
5.2. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to existing members via email with a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice prior to the new pricing coming into effect.
5.3. Should you not agree with the new pricing, you will have the option to cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy (Clause 4), provided you are outside of your initial 12-month minimum period.
6. Member Conduct
6.1. Members are expected to use the This is Wrexham platform and content responsibly and respectfully.
6.2. Any misuse of the membership, including but not limited to sharing login details, unauthorized reproduction of content, or engaging in abusive behavior, may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. This is Wrexham will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with1 your membership or use of our services.
8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
8.1. This is Wrexham reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2. Any changes will be posted on the This is Wrexham website, and where significant, members will be notified via email. Your continued membership after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of2 England and Wales.
