Humble & Whole Bakery

From the simplest and humblest of beginnings, Humble & Whole’s baking adventure began in a small kitchen, with flour dust in the air, late-night experiments, and a passion for creating something truly delicious. What started as a homegrown idea quickly grew into a whirlwind of market stalls buzzing with conversation and a brilliant stint at the NoW Food Tech Centre at the University of Chester.
The real magic began when the team got the keys to the Machine House in Rossett. It was a fixer-upper, but with sleeves rolled up, a successful crowdfunding campaign (and huge thanks to everyone who supported it!), the space was transformed into a thriving bakery. Today, Humble & Whole’s kitchen hums with activity, supplying top-quality baked goods to farm shops and cafés across the region.
